Our Building Designer will meet with you to discuss your requirements further, before we commence any design work.

Prior to construction commencing, we will measure the existing home and surrounding areas for the purposes of developing a concept solution and take appropriate photos of the home.

Once our designer has developed a personalised solution for you, we will meet with you to share our vision for your input. We will then make any adjustments or changes before the final concept drawings are prepared.

On completion of the final concept drawings, we will provide you with a FIXED PRICE quote plus optional work budgets not included in the contract price. BEFORE WE BUILD – not after!
